FarCry 3, one of the best single player games out this year, but thats just my view.
the story is epic and there is plenty of thing going on around you that give the game an atmosphere which is sometimes lacking in other games, having played the game for number of hours you get drawn into the savagery of island and it soon becomes clear that to survive you need to adapt.
co-op play is very good, making team play work well, then competing with each other at the end of each stage.
multiplayer has a C.o.D feel to it with a very nice twist at the end of each match. and your standered game modes like deathmatch/team deathmatch, firestorm and more.
